The Links program creates connections between young people and employer organisations in our network.
This program is targeted at scholarship recipients who are:

|  | in secondary school and require assistance in obtaining experience in the workforce, relevant to their talents and goals; and
|
| | | transitioning from secondary school to tertiary/further education and who face challenges in this transition process, both financially and in maintaining a support network.
|
|
|
Employers in the Western Chances Links network provide paid work experience, vacation employment and mentoring/leadership support to young people throughout their late secondary and tertiary/further education years.
