Western Chances Scholarships are merit based and are designed for talented young people for whom our support will make a difference.
Our scholarships are unique in that:

- The family or young person shapes the scholarship to suit their needs
- The young person is supported for as long as the talent and need continue
- The young person is introduced to other skills development opportunities and into the Western Chances Network where support in work placements, career management, transition to university, etc can be provided

Scholarship program achievements to date:
|
- To date a total of 1365 scholarships have been allocated since 2004, translating to approximately $1.365m.
- Currently, we have 599 scholarship recipients on our list, with more coming onto the program in Term 2
