Great results from our 2020 VCE cohort

Congratulations to the class of 2020!

In 2020, 136 of our scholarship recipients studied VCE or equivalent.

Despite the challenging pandemic year, we’re proud to report that 100% of the 133 recipients we were able to contact successfully completed the year. 100% of those who completed Year 12 were offered places in tertiary or training institutions or will be working – an excellent effort!

Of the 100%:

• 122 recipients were offered places in bachelor courses

• 1 recipient was offered a place in an associate degree course

• 4 recipients were offered places in diploma courses

• 3 recipients were offered places in certificate courses

• 3 recipients have jobs

Our recipients’ hard work and commitment yielded excellent results.

• 30 of these talented and motivated young people achieved 51 individual subject study scores of 40 or above, across 21 different subjects

• 5 recipients received 3 or more individual study scores over 40

A study score of 40 or above places a student in the top 9% in the state for that subject, a remarkable achievement.
